Out of box, it seemed to be packaged well and the look is very stylish. Impressive at the first look. The Bluetooth connection set up was easy. Within a minute I was able to use it and type away emails. The keys are responding well. The keys are soft due to its silicon material. I have used a case/keyboard combo for an ePad with the hard keys and am quite used to that. But on the other hand, hard keys and keyboard surface may cause wear and tear on the tablet screen. A bit leary because of the inexpensive price, but after contacting the seller to ensure this would work with my Verizon Gallaxy tab I took a chance. Extremely happy, I HATE touch screen keyboards and cannot get used to swipe and this is the best solution. It paired with my device in seconds and the case is very nice. I like the soft keyboard because there is no wearing on my screen and types smoothly. And the side that holds the tablet is secured with velcro to keep it from moving around or falling out. With other cases, my tab would slide around and the sensor would get blocked causing the screen to darken... I would take it off auto and that would drain my battery.
